 By using this website or registering a child for our youth soccer programs (“Programs”), you agree to these Terms.

 1. Parent/Guardian Agreement

Programs are for minors. A parent or legal guardian must register each participant and agrees to these Terms on the child’s behalf.

You represent that you are the legal guardian of the registered participant.

 2. Registration & Payment

  • Registration is completed online.

  • Payment is due at registration unless otherwise stated and recurs monthly until notice is given to cancel.

  • Schedules, coaches, and locations may change.

  • We may cancel, reschedule, or modify Programs due to weather, safety concerns, low enrollment, or circumstances beyond our control.

Refund policies are posted separately.

3. Assumption of Risk

Youth soccer and athletic activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury.

By enrolling your child, you:

  • Acknowledge and accept these risks

  • Confirm participation is voluntary

  • Agree that participation is at your own risk

A separate liability waiver may be required before participation.

 4. Medical Authorization

You authorize us to obtain emergency medical care for your child if necessary and agree to be financially responsible for such care.

 5. Conduct

Participants and parents must act respectfully toward coaches, staff, and other families. We reserve the right to remove any participant or spectator for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund.

 6. Media Release

Unless you notify us in writing, you grant permission for photos or videos taken during Programs to be used for promotional purposes.

 7. Website & Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by or licensed to the Company and may not be copied or used without permission.

 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its owners, employees, and coaches are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or Program participation.

 9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, CO.
